Creo que los avances son evidentes en el lavado de cara de la Presidencia ante los gobernantes socialistas de AL. Desde luego que la delegacion congresional etnica que fue a La Habana es una verguenza, pero en conjunto el Populismo de Obama no crea enemigos, y por el momento deja a Cuba mal parada geopoliticamente en la region. En eso veo, sino un adelanto, un cambio favorable.
Yo no se a que avances se refiere esta sen~ora respecto a Cuba.
